Chapter VII Information Management of Trading Rules of Shanghai Futures Exchange
Article 60 The futures trading information of the Exchange refers to the futures trading quotations of all listed varieties, various statistics of futures trading data, various announcement information issued by the Exchange and other relevant information stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Article 61 The ownership of futures trading information belongs to the Exchange, which shall uniformly manage and publish it. Without the permission of the Exchange, no institution or individual may use it for commercial purposes.

Article 62 An exchange shall provide real-time, daily, weekly, monthly and annual futures trading information to its members, customers and the public.

Article 63 Real-time market refers to the trading market information released synchronously with trading activities during trading hours (see Annex 1).

Information content mainly includes:

Commodity name, delivery month, latest price, fluctuation, trading volume, position change, bid price, bid price, bid price, trading volume, settlement price, opening price, closing price, highest price, lowest price and pre-settlement price.

Article 64 The daily release of futures trading information refers to the daily futures trading information released after the end of each trading day.

Information content mainly includes:

(1) Daily market (see Annex II): commodity name, delivery month, opening price, highest price, lowest price, closing price, pre-settlement price, settlement price, fluctuation, volume, position change and turnover.

(2) The trading volume and trading positions of the top 20 members of other futures contracts except gold futures contracts in the active month.

(3) The total turnover and trading positions of futures company members in the active month of gold futures contracts, the total turnover and trading positions of non-futures company members in the active month and the turnover and trading positions of the top 20 futures company members in the active month.

Article 65 Weekly release of futures trading information refers to futures trading information released after the last trading day of each week.

Information content mainly includes:

(1) Weekly market (see Annex 3): commodity name, delivery month, weekly opening price, highest price, lowest price, weekly closing price, fluctuation (difference between closing price at weekend and settlement price at last weekend), positions, changes in positions (difference between positions at this weekend and last weekend), weekend settlement price, volume and volume.

(2) The number of standard warehouse receipts for listed commodities, the increase or decrease compared with the last release, the warehouse capacity available for futures delivery, etc.

(3) Release the delivery matching results and actual delivery quantity on the first Friday after the final delivery date.

Article 66 The monthly release of futures trading information refers to the futures trading information released by the exchange after the end of the last trading day of each month.

Information content mainly includes:

(1) Monthly market (see Annex 4): commodity name, delivery month, monthly opening price, highest price, lowest price, month-end closing price, fluctuation (difference between month-end closing price and settlement price at the end of last month), position, position change (difference between position at the end of this month and position at the end of last month), month-end settlement price, volume and volume.

(2) The storage capacity, occupied storage capacity and standard warehouse receipt quantity of each designated delivery warehouse that can be used for futures delivery as approved by the Exchange.

Article 67 The annual release of futures trading information shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Article 68 The real-time futures market of the exchange is transmitted to the trading seats through the computer network, and released to the public through relevant public media and information providers who have signed agreements with the exchange.

Article 69 An exchange shall establish a synchronous quotation and instant transaction return system.

Article 70 Exchanges and members have the obligation to keep confidential the confidential information such as trading materials and capital information that should not be disclosed.

Upon approval, the Exchange may provide relevant information to relevant regulatory authorities or other relevant units, and implement corresponding confidentiality provisions.

Article 71 If an information management institution or public media fails to forward real-time trading market information, which affects the normal trading of members or customers, the Exchange shall not be liable.

Article 72 Members, information management institutions, public media and individuals shall not publish false or misleading information.
