1 Subject content and scope of application
1. 1 This standard specifies the quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and transportation requirements of coke delivered by Dalian Commodity Exchange.
1.2 The coke specified in this standard refers to metallurgical coke made from coking coal as the main raw material and used for blast furnace ironmaking through high-temperature dry distillation.
1.3 This standard is applicable to the delivery standards and substitutes of coke futures contracts in Dalian Commodity Exchange.

4 Quality requirements

4.2 Quality differences, promotions and discounts of substitutes
4.3 moisture Mt requirement is ≤5.0%. If the moisture content is greater than 5.0%, the excess part shall be rounded to one decimal place for deduction (for example, the measured moisture content is 6.32%, and the deduction weight is 1.3%).
4.4 When leaving the warehouse, if the coke powder content or particle size does not meet the standard product quality standards, the part with excessive coke powder content or insufficient particle size shall be rounded to one decimal place, and the compensation amount shall be calculated by the designated delivery warehouse according to the contract settlement price of coke in the trading month before delivery (for example, the standard for coke powder content leaving the warehouse is no more than 7%, and the measured value is 8.23%, rounded to one decimal place, and the compensation amount shall be 65,438+0.2% of the corresponding payment.
5 test methods and inspection rules
5. 1 Samples shall be collected and prepared according to GB/T 1997.
5.2 The determination of coke powder content and particle size shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 2005.
5.3 The determination of moisture, ash and volatile matter shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 200 1.
5.4 The determination of total sulfur content shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 2286.
5.5 The determination of compressive strength M40 and wear resistance M 10 shall be carried out according to GB/T 1996.
5.6 Reactivity and strength after reaction shall be determined according to GB/T 4000.
5.7 The numerical revision shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 8 170.

Coke should be transported in clean train cars, car cars, cabins or other means of transport.
