Group preliminaries and quarter-finals can be extended to 14 innings at most. If there is no draw, it is a draw.

If you throw less than 30 balls for two consecutive days, you must take a day off.

In the second tournament in 2009, pitchers who threw 30 or more balls in the semi-final were not allowed to throw in the final. After more than five games, the gap between the two sides reached 15, and the game ended early.
