There are three subjects in the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination, including one examination subject and two elective subjects. Candidates need to pass at least two subjects to obtain the Fund Practitioner Qualification Certificate.

Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination Subjects:

1. Subject One: "Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards";

2. Subject Two: " "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds";

3. Subject 3: "Basic Knowledge of Private Equity Investment Funds".

Candidates can choose subject one + subject two or subject one + subject three to apply.

Requirements for applying for the Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination:

1. Have full capacity for civil conduct;

2. As of the registration date, be 18 years of age or older;

3. Have a high school education or above;

4. Other conditions specified by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

According to the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination (Trial)", if a person who takes the Fund Practitioner Examination does not meet the registration conditions and commits fraud to take the exam, the Securities Investment Fund Industry Association of China will not accept him or her as a practitioner within one year. Qualification examination registration application; for example, candidates who are prohibited from taking the exam due to disciplinary violations in the securities, futures unified examination and securities scheduled examination will not be able to apply for the fund practitioner qualification examination during the suspension period. Those who have already taken the exam will have their exam results cancelled.
