Application procedure:
1. The person who intends to apply for institutional qualification (hereinafter referred to as the "applicant") logs on the "Employee Management" page of the Association website, downloads the Personal Information Filling Form for Futures Employees (attached 1), prints it and submits it to the institution together with the following application materials:
1, a copy of the applicant's ID card;
2. A copy of the applicant's academic certificate or relevant supporting documents;
3. Proof that the applicant has not received criminal punishment in the last three years;
4. ID card and scanned photo.
Two. After reviewing the application materials, the institution will input the relevant information of the applicant into the Industry Information Management Platform of China Futures Association. Before applying for qualification on its behalf, the institution must input all the information of the applicant completely and accurately. The original application materials of the applicant (including the materials, photos and subsequent vocational training certificates specified in Article 1 of this procedure) shall be kept by the institution for future reference.
