3. Detour route

(5) In order to ensure safe and smooth roads and the proper handling of important political, economic, and cultural activities as well as major cases and incidents, the traffic patrol department of the Public Security Bureau may temporarily prohibit the passage of motor vehicles, left turns, and right turns in accordance with the law.
