What does the 50ETF option mean?
50ETF option is an on-site option based on 50ETF. There are two kinds of SSE 50ETF options: call option and put option. Call option means that the buyer has the right to buy Huaxia SSE 50ETF at the exercise price, and the seller shall bear the responsibility of selling Huaxia SSE 50ETF to the option buyer at the exercise price when the option buyer requests it.

Put option means that the buyer has the right to spend money (royalty) to buy the Huaxia SSE 50ETF at the exercise price, and the seller shall bear the responsibility of buying the Huaxia SSE 50ETF from the option buyer at the exercise price when the option buyer requests the exercise.

Basic concepts of 50ETF options:

Option exercise price: the fund trading price specified in advance by the option buyer when exercising is 5 10050.

Royalty: the option price paid by the option buyer, that is, the fee paid by the buyer to the option seller for obtaining the option.

Intrinsic value: Intrinsic value refers to the income obtained when exercising. For example, the current price of 5 10050 is 2.943, so the intrinsic value of 50ETF buying July 2900 is 0.043 yuan.

Time value: time value, also known as external value, refers to the part of the value that the premium paid for purchasing options exceeds the intrinsic value of options. The longer the remaining time of stock conversion, the greater the price change, and the closer the current price is to the exercise price of the option, the higher the time value of the option.

Real option: Real option refers to the state that the exercise price of call option is lower than the target market price, or the exercise price of put option is higher than the target market price. Buyers of real options are currently profitable.

Flat option: Flat option refers to the state that the exercise price of the option is equal to the target market price.

Virtual option: Virtual option refers to the state that the exercise price of the call option is higher than the target market price or lower than the target market price. The buyer of the virtual option is not profitable at present, and the exercise of the option will cause losses.

T-quote: Generally speaking, the real value, flat value and imaginary value are viewed by T-quote in the option trading interface.

The following figure shows the option trading interface of 50ETF, with call option on the left, put option on the right and exercise price in the middle column. In the interface, the plane, real and virtual options are distinguished by the background color. Among them, green is the imaginary option, and black is the real option. ?

Expiration month: the expiration month of the contract includes the current month, the next month and the next two quarters. The expiration date is Wednesday of the fourth week of the expiration month, and it will be postponed in case of legal holidays.

Contract unit: the contract unit of SSE 50ETF option is 1, 1 equal to 10000.
