chapter I general principles
article 1 the name of the association is China sports science society, which is translated into English as China sports science society and abbreviated as CSSS.
article 2 this association is composed of scientific and technical workers and relevant units who are enthusiastic about sports science and technology all over the country voluntarily, and is a national, non-profit academic mass organization registered according to law.
article 3 the purpose of this association is to unite and organize the vast number of scientific and technological workers, advocate the scientific spirit of dedication, innovation, seeking truth from facts and cooperation, and carry out extensive sports scientific and technological activities in strict compliance with the national constitution, laws and social morality, so as to promote the development of sports scientific and technological undertakings and the growth of sports scientific and technological talents, and serve to strengthen people's physique and improve sports technical level.
article 4 this association shall accept the business guidance, supervision and management of the China association for science and technology and the Ministry of civil affairs, the registration authority. The affiliated unit of the Association is the State Sports General Administration.

chapter ii business scope
article 6 main business work:
(1) organizing domestic and international sports academic exchange activities.
(2) Organize sports science popularization activities.
(3) Organize continuing education activities.
(4) Organize various consulting and training activities related to sports.
(5) Carry out research on topics and organize appraisal of achievements.
(6) carry out the promotion, transformation and development of scientific and technological achievements at home and abroad, and hold various sports exhibitions, exhibitions, demonstrations and other activities.
(7) Organize the editing and publishing of sports science and technology books, periodicals, popular science books, electronic audio-visual materials and other information materials, and carry out relevant research.
(eight) to carry out contact and communication activities with overseas sports science and technology groups and individuals.
(9) Recommend talents, and commend and reward members and full-time and part-time staff of the Society who have made outstanding achievements in the activities of the Society.

article 7 types of members: individual members and unit members.
article 8 membership requirements:
(1) support the articles of association of this association.
(2) Willing to participate in our activities.
(3) Individual members should have a college education or above, and have a certain academic level and practical work experience. Unit members must be units other than state organs related to the professional scope of the association.
Article 9 Membership procedures:
(1) An application is made by the person or unit.
(2) discussed and approved by the standing Council of this association.
(3) membership cards shall be issued by the offices of this association.
Article 1 Rights of members:
(1) The right to vote, to be elected and to vote.
(2) the priority and preferential right to participate in the activities of the association and obtain relevant information.
(3) the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work.
(4) the right to leave the meeting freely.
Article 11 Obligations of members:
(1) To implement the resolutions of this Association.
(2) safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this association.
(3) Participate in the activities organized by this Association.
(4) complete the work assigned by this association.
(5) Pay the membership fee as required.
(6) report the situation to this Council and provide relevant information.
Article 12 A member who withdraws from the club shall notify the club in writing and return his membership card. If a member fails to pay the membership fee in accordance with the regulations within one year, and it has not changed within one year after being prompted, it will be regarded as automatic withdrawal.
Article 13 If a member violates the criminal law or seriously violates the articles of association of this Association, it shall be removed from the membership by the vote of the Standing Council of this Association.
chapter iv selection and removal of the organization and responsible persons
article 14 the highest leading body of this association is the national congress of members, and its functions and powers are:
(1) to determine the working principles and tasks of this association.
(2) to formulate and amend the articles of association.
(3) Election and recall of directors.
(4) to consider the work report and financial report of the Council.
(5) commend and reward the advanced.
(6) Deciding on termination.
(7) to decide on other important matters.
article 15 the general assembly of members shall be held l times every four years. In principle, the meeting can only be held when more than 2/3 members' representatives are present, and its resolution can only take effect when more than half of the participants vote. If it is necessary to advance or postpone due to special circumstances, it shall be implemented with the consent of the competent business unit, the registration authority of the association and the affiliated unit. The longest advance or extension shall not exceed l years.
article 16 the board of directors is the executive body of the members' congress. when the members' congress is not in session, it leads the work of the association and is responsible to the members' congress. Its functions and powers are:
(1) to implement the resolutions of the members' congress.
(2) to elect and remove the chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general and executive directors.
(3) prepare for the convening of a member representative meeting.
(4) report the work and financial situation to the members' congress.
(5) to decide on the admission and expulsion of members.
(6) to decide on the establishment of offices, branches, representative offices and entities.
(7) to decide on the appointment of deputy secretaries-general and members of various institutions.
(8) to lead the work of various institutions.
(9) formulate internal management system.
(1) decide on other important matters.
article 17 the board of directors shall be convened once a year in principle, and it shall be convened only when more than two thirds of the directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only when more than two thirds of the directors present vote. Under special circumstances, it can be held by communication.
article 18 the association shall set up a standing Council composed of the chairman and vice chairman, the secretary-general and the chairman of the branch. When the Council is not in session, it exercises the functions and powers of Article 16, paragraphs 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, and it is responsible to the Council.
article 19 the standing Council shall convene a meeting at least once every six months, which shall be held only when more than two-thirds of the standing directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only when more than two-thirds of the standing directors present vote. Under special circumstances, it can be held by communication.
Article 2 The chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general must meet the following conditions:
(1) Adhere to the Party's line, principles and policies and have good political quality.
(2) It has a high academic level and a great influence in the field of sports.
(3) Generally, the maximum age for holding a post shall not exceed 7 years old.
(4) Being in good health and able to work normally.
(5) He has not been subjected to criminal punishment of deprivation of political rights.
(6) Having full capacity for civil conduct.
(7) The Secretary-General is a full-time employee.
article 21 the term of office of the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general is 4 years. The longest term of re-election shall not exceed two terms. Due to special circumstances, it is necessary to extend the term of office or exceed the working age. After being proposed by the Standing Council, approved by the Council and reported to the competent business unit, the association registration authority and the affiliated unit for approval, the post can be held.
article 22 the chairman is the legal representative of the association. If due to special circumstances, the vice-chairman or the secretary-general may serve as the legal representative, but they can only serve after being approved by the competent business unit, the organization registration authority and the affiliated unit. The legal representative of this Association shall not concurrently serve as the legal representative of other organizations.
Article 23 The chairman of the board of directors shall exercise the following functions and powers:
(1) Convene and preside over the Council and the Standing Council.
(2) check the implementation of the resolutions of the National Congress, the Council and the Standing Council.
(3) Signing relevant important documents on behalf of this Council.
Article 24 The Secretary-General shall exercise the following functions and powers:
(1) Preside over the daily work of offices and organize the implementation of annual work plans.
(2) coordinate the work of branches, representative offices and entities.
(3) Nominate the Deputy Secretary-General and the principals of offices, branches, representative offices and entities, and submit them to the Standing Council for decision.
(4) to decide on the employment of full-time staff of offices, representative offices and entities.
(5) handle other daily affairs.
Article 25 A person who has made a significant contribution to the work of the Association may be awarded an honorary title or hold an advisory and honorary post after discussion and approval by the Standing Council, and the term of office may depend on the specific circumstances.
article 26 according to the needs of work, several branches shall be established.
(1) Be responsible for organizing and carrying out various business work.
(2) No separate articles of association may be established. Depending on the circumstances, a committee may be established. The committee shall have a chairman, vice chairman, secretary general and several members. In order to facilitate the work, a standing committee may be established, the number of which shall not exceed 2% of the total number of members in principle. Measures for the administration of branches shall be formulated separately.
(3) The affiliated branches are subject to public bidding.
Article 27 When the members of the Board of Directors, the Standing Council and all branches are no longer engaged in their original jobs or can't participate in the work of the Institute due to job transfer, the Secretary-General shall, as the case may be, propose a replacement proposal, which shall be implemented after the approval of the Standing Council. The replacement of personnel above the Secretary-General shall be subject to the consent of the business supervisor and affiliated unit.
chapter v funds and asset management
article 28 sources of funds:
(1) membership fees.
(2) donations.
(3) sponsorship.
(4) government funding.
(5) Income from activities.
(6) interest.
(7) Society Fund.
(8) Other lawful income.
article 29 the association collects membership fees in accordance with relevant state regulations.
article 3 the funds must be used for the business scope and career development specified in chapter ii of the articles of association, and shall not be distributed among members.
article 31 establish a strict financial management system to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of accounting information and asset management.
article 32 is equipped with accounting personnel with professional qualifications. An accountant may not concurrently serve as a cashier. Accounting personnel must conduct accounting and exercise accounting supervision, and must go through the exchange procedures when they leave their posts.
article 33 this association is subject to the supervision of members' congresses, relevant financial departments and audit institutions. When accepting donations and subsidies, it will be announced to the public in an appropriate way. Before the change or replacement of the legal representative, accept the financial audit of the community registration authority and the competent business unit.
article 34 no unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this association.
article 35 the wages, insurance and welfare benefits of the full-time staff of this association shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions of the state on public institutions.
Chapter VI Revision of the Articles of Association
Article 36 The revision of the Articles of Association shall be submitted to the National Congress of Members for deliberation after being voted by the Council.
Article 37 The revised Articles of Association shall come into effect within 15 days after it is adopted by the National Members' Congress, with the consent of the competent business units and affiliated units, and after it is reported to the association registration authority for approval.
Chapter VII Termination Procedure and Disposal of Property after Termination
Article 38 When the Association completes its purpose or disbands itself or needs to be cancelled due to separation or merger, the Standing Council will propose a termination motion, which will be approved by the National Members' Congress, reported to the competent business unit and affiliated units for approval, and will be terminated after the cancellation procedures are handled by the association registration administration organ.
article 39 before the termination of this association, a liquidation organization shall be established under the guidance of the competent business unit and affiliated units to clean up the creditor's rights and debts and deal with the aftermath. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation will be carried out.
Article 4 The remaining property after the termination of this Association shall be used for the development of undertakings related to the purposes of this Association under the supervision of the competent business units, affiliated units and the registration and administration organs of associations in accordance with relevant state regulations.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 41 The emblem of the Association is designed to symbolize sports for people in the Central District Movement, and the three-ring cross pattern symbolizes science and technology. The integration of the two indicates that the development of sports cannot be separated from the progress of science and technology, which will certainly promote the development of sports. The Chinese and English characters in the picture represent the name of the association respectively.
article 42 the membership card and emblem shall be uniformly produced and issued by the offices of this association.
article 43 the articles of association were voted by the sixth national congress on October 22, 24.
article 44 the articles of association shall come into effect as of the date of approval by the registration authority of the association.
article 45 the interpretation of these articles of association belongs to the standing Council.
