2. When the customer handles the designated business, it is no longer necessary to submit some supporting materials. See the attached table for the specific certification name and applicable matters. Social insurance agencies handle related businesses according to the commitments made by the clients, and verify the commitments through intra-departmental and inter-departmental verification. For the contents that cannot be verified, customers can be required to submit necessary relevant certificates. Handling procedures and results are subject to social supervision and reporting.
3. If the customer has a serious bad credit record or made a false promise, the notification commitment system is not applicable. The above-mentioned objects shall handle related matters according to the provisions of the Social Insurance Service Guide of the social insurance agency.
4. If the client does not meet the relevant handling conditions, or fails to handle relevant matters according to the requirements of the social insurance agency, it will not inform the commitment and business handling. If the client intentionally conceals the real situation, provides false promises or obtains corresponding certification materials by other improper means, it will be dealt with according to the law and regulations, and will be included in the list of serious untrustworthy people in the social insurance field, and the relevant departments will implement joint punishment. The information of untrustworthy personnel will be announced to the public as appropriate, and those suspected of committing crimes will be transferred to judicial organs for handling.

Fifth people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate social insurance into the national economic and social development plan, and the state shall raise social insurance funds through multiple channels. People's governments at or above the county level shall give necessary financial support to social insurance.
The state supports social insurance through preferential tax policies.
Article 6 The State exercises strict supervision over social insurance funds. The State Council and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall establish and improve the supervision and management system of social insurance funds to ensure the safe and effective operation of social insurance funds.
People's governments at or above the county level shall take measures to encourage and support all sectors of society to participate in the supervision of social insurance funds.
