The fund qualification certificate does not need to take all subjects (that is to say, not all three subjects have to be taken). Candidates can choose to take subjects 1 and 2, or they can take subjects 1 and 3. Among them, subject 1 is fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms, subject 2 is basic knowledge of securities investment funds, and subject 3 is basic knowledge of private investment funds.

The examination time of three subjects is 120 minutes, and the number of questions is 100 questions. The questions are all multiple choice questions, each question 1 point, the total score 100 point, and the qualified score line is 60 points.

7 working days after the end of the exam, candidates can check the exam results through the exam results query portal provided by the "Employee Management" section of the website of China Asset Management Association, and those who pass the exam can download the exam results certificate.
