Log in to the online electronic tax bureau and select "I want to pay taxes"-"Tax declaration and payment"-"Other declarations".

Select the start and end time to be paid, select "Declaration Form for Employment Security for Disabled Persons" in the drop-down box, and click Add.

After the declaration form is added successfully, click Declare, and then fill in the annual total salary, the annual average number of employees and the number of disabled people who have arranged employment, and the system will automatically calculate the tax payable. After the declaration is completed, return to the Add interface, and click Pay Tax for online banking deduction.

The security fund paid each year = (the number of employees of the employing unit in the previous year x the employment ratio of disabled persons stipulated by the local people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government-the number of disabled persons and employees arranged by the employing unit in the previous year) x the average annual salary of employees of the employing unit in the previous year.

Article 16 The employment security fund for the disabled collected according to law shall be included in the financial budget and used exclusively for vocational training, employment services and employment assistance for the disabled. No organization or individual may embezzle, misappropriate, intercept or privately divide. The specific measures for the collection, use and management of the employment security fund for the disabled shall be formulated by the financial department of the State Council in conjunction with the relevant departments of the State Council.
