"Fund sales personnel refer to those who are engaged in publicizing and promoting funds, selling fund shares, and handling fund share subscription and redemption in fund management companies and fund consignment agencies entrusted by fund management companies".

Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms;
Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds;
Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.
Registration conditions for the national unified examination and weekly examination:

1, registration deadline 18 years old;
2. Have a high school education or above;
3. Have full capacity for civil conduct;
4. Other conditions stipulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Second, the weekly exam registration conditions:

3. The current/to-be-appointed senior managers of Public Offering of Fund manager and private equity fund manager, including legal representative/managing partner (to-be-appointed representative), chairman, general manager, deputy general manager, person in charge of institutional compliance/risk control/inspector general, etc. Fund custodian, manager of public offering business of fund sales organization, etc. ;
4. Other conditions stipulated by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
