"Dream Coach Program" is a training mechanism specially set up by True Love Dream Public Welfare Foundation for grass-roots teachers in schools where Dream Center participates in dream courses. First, the foundation mainly recruits volunteers from teachers and students in colleges and universities. After intensive training and evaluation by experts of "Dream Course", qualified volunteers were screened out and qualified as "Coach Elementary Dream Course".

With the rapid expansion of "Dream Center", the research and development of "Dream Course" has entered the implementation stage, and the number of teachers who need to be trained in "Dream Course" has also increased dramatically. In order to convey the concept of "dream course" to all teachers in "dream center" and teach "tutor" teaching methods, the existing short-term training model can no longer meet the training needs of grassroots teachers.
