Medical insurance refers to the basic medical insurance premium paid in full and on time by employers and employees according to the principle of compulsory social insurance through national legislation. If it is not paid in full and on time, the basic medical insurance fund for its medical expenses will not be paid, regardless of personal accounts.

How to use the medical insurance card:

1. Scope of use of medical insurance card: When insured employees buy medicines in designated hospitals and pharmacies, they can swipe their cards on POS machines with their passwords, but they cannot withdraw cash or transfer money;

2. Custody of medical insurance card: Insured employees should properly keep the medical insurance card. If they accidentally lose it, please immediately issue a letter of proof to the unit and stamp it at the medical insurance office for confirmation, and then report the loss to China Bank Savings Office with your ID card and go through the replacement procedures. After 7 days, they can get a new card;

3. Inquire about the balance of medical insurance card: Insured employees can inquire about the balance by dialing 95566, or at China Bank Savings Office or designated hospitals and pharmacies in urban areas, or by logging in to the social security inquiry system online. Or use your mobile phone to log in to the mobile social security inquiry network to inquire about the balance of the medical insurance card.
