If an insured person is hospitalized or undergoes emergency rescue for the first time in a designated medical institution within one year, the minimum payment standard of the overall pool fund is adjusted to: 600 yuan for Class IIIA hospitals, 500 Yuan for Class IIIB hospitals, and 400 Yuan for Class IIA and below hospitals.

The maximum annual payment limit is 5,000 yuan for active employees and 6,000 yuan for retirees.

The financial use of personal accounts by family members is not included in the outpatient overall minimum payment standard.
