(1) Initiate a maintenance application (the owner applies to the property enterprise or the owners' committee, and the community without property applies to the community under its jurisdiction) to determine whether it is within the scope of use (the property administrative department under its jurisdiction organizes inspection).
(2) Create a system maintenance project, print the usage plan and budget allocation table for publicity to the community, and prepare the construction plan and budget quotation list. Remarks: If the maintenance project budget does not exceed 50,000 yuan, the maintenance unit can be selected by inquiry; If the budget exceeds 50,000 yuan, the project cost budget audit and settlement audit service shall be introduced, and the construction unit may be determined through public bidding.
(3) Initiate voting. After the owner signs the voting, print and publicize the voting result announcement and signature form.
(4) Submit the project application and organize the construction after the application is approved.
(5) After the completion of the construction, issue the acceptance notice, print the acceptance notice and the final appropriation list, post them in the community, and submit the application for appropriation of funds. (Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau)
