1. What do you think of the fund chart?
The trend chart of OTC funds generally consists of three curves, which are divided into the income line of funds, the average line of similar funds and the performance baseline. We observe the trend chart of the fund and mainly analyze the relationship between these three curves.
Fund income curve
We can observe the highest and lowest points of the fund in a period of time through the income curve of the fund, and we can regard the highest and lowest points as pressure level and support level respectively.
When the trend of the fund is close to the highest point, it will be suppressed by the pressure level. At this point, if the pressure level is not broken, it is possible to reverse downward. If the trend of the fund breaks through the pressure level, then the trend of the fund will likely continue to rise and hit a new high.
When the trend of the fund is close to the lowest level, it will be supported by the support level. At this time, if it does not fall below the support level, then it is possible to reverse upward. If it falls below the support level, then the fund may start a downward mode and continue to fall.
Fund homogeneity mean line
The average line of the same kind of fund is the average of the trend of the same kind of fund. If the income line of this fund is greater than the similar average line of the fund, it means that the quality of this fund is relatively good. If the income line of the fund is less than the average line of the fund, it means that the fund has failed.
Performance baseline
There are many benchmarks for performance comparison, such as CSI 300, CSI 500, SSE 50, government bond index, SSE Index and Shenzhen Stock Exchange Index. We can choose an index as the performance standard of the fund. If the income line of the fund is greater than the performance baseline, it means that the fund is stronger. If the income line of the fund is less than the performance baseline, it means that the fund is weak.
Second, what is the trend of the fund related to?
The trend of the fund is mainly related to the investment target of the fund. When the investment target of the fund rises, the trend of the fund is better and the expected return is higher. On the contrary, when the investment target of the fund falls, the fund will also fall, causing certain losses. The investment goal of the fund determines the rise and fall of the fund to a certain extent, and there is a positive correlation between the investment goal of the fund and the fund.
