Chairman-Mr. Wang

Mr. Wang is the co-founder and chairman of the Group. He is responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of the Group. Mr. Wang has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and computer industries. From 1985 to 1989, he worked in a large computer company listed in the United States, and was responsible for promoting and distributing computer products in the Hong Kong market. Before co-founding the Group, he was the co-founder and director of a computer system company mainly engaged in Canada's import and export business. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration degree in Administration. He is the cousin of Mr ZhangZijian, vice chairman of the group. Mr. Wang is currently a member of the Zhejiang Provincial Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Board of Trustees of the United College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a member of the Executive Committee of the Digital Finance Fund of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service.

Vice Chairman-Mr. ZhangZijian

Mr ZhangZijian is the co-founder and vice-chairman of the group. Mr. Zhang is responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of the Group. Previously, Mr. Zhang was appointed as CEO, responsible for daily operations and scientific research, development and support. Mr. Zhang has more than 29 years of experience in the telecommunications and computer industries. Before co-founding the Group, Mr. Zhang worked in several application software development and computer consulting companies. Mr. Zhang graduated from Herzing College in Canada with a diploma in advanced programming and system conceptual design. Mr. Zhang is the cousin of Mr. Wang, the chairman of our group.

CEO-Mr. Yang

Mr. Yang was appointed as the executive director and chief executive officer of the Group in November 2008, responsible for the corporate development strategy of the Group and supervising the operation of the Group. Prior to this, Mr. Yang joined the Group as the Chief Operating Officer in October 2005. He is in charge of customer care department, customer relationship management and fixed network service development department. Before Mr. Yang joined the Group, he had more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He worked as the director of the customer department at SmartCom-Vodafone and as an inspector in the Hong Kong Police Force. Mr. Yang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hong Kong Baptist University, a Master of Business Administration degree from university of strathclyde, UK and a Master of Science degree (e-commerce and Internet Engineering) from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Yang also completed a seminar for senior managers at the Business School of Columbia University in new york.

Chief Financial Officer and Head of Talent Care Department-Mr. Lai Rujie

Mr. Lai Rujie is the chief financial officer, company secretary and head of talent care department. Mr. Li joined the Group in May 2004 and has more than 20 years of experience in telecom market research and finance. Before joining the Group, Mr. Li was a well-known analyst, once served as research director and director of Asian telecommunications industry, and conducted global financing activities for many Asian telecommunications operators such as China Mobile, China Unicom, China Netcom, SK Telecom and Telekom Malaysia. Prior to the above position, Mr. Li worked in Hong Kong Telecom (now) and Kleinwort Benson Securities (Asia). Mr. Li holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Western Australia and a master's degree in business administration jointly organized by Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Kellogg School of Management of Northwest University. Mr. Lai is a senior member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Australian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. In 2009, Mr. Li was awarded the "Human Resource Champion" award by HRM Awards, and was selected as the 50 most concerned chief financial officers in the telecommunications industry by Global Telecommunication Business magazine in 201/. Mr. Lai was also appointed as a member of the remuneration committee of the Company. Doctor Zheng

Dr. Zheng was appointed as an independent non-executive director on June 17th, 1997 and re-appointed as an independent non-executive director on September 30th, 2004. Dr. Zheng was also appointed as a member of the remuneration committee of the Company. Dr. Cheng, a practicing lawyer, is the managing partner of Hu Baiquan Law Firm. He is a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council. He is the founding chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, honorary president and honorary chairman of the Institute, and chairman of the International Bar Association. Dr. Zheng is currently a director of Jiahua International Group Limited, China Ocean Shipping Group Limited, China Mobile Limited, China Resources Venture Limited, Gas Company Limited, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Kaida Group Limited, Liao Chuangxing Enterprise Limited, Yuehai Investment Limited and Tianan China Investment Limited (all listed companies in Hong Kong). Dr. Zheng is also an independent non-executive director of ARA Asset Management Limited, a Singapore listed company. Other listed companies in which he has served as a director in the past three years include Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd., Galaxy Entertainment Group Co., Ltd. and Ruian Jianye Co., Ltd., and Ara Asset Management (Fortune) Limited (formerly known as Ara Asset Management (Singapore) Limited), the manager of Singapore-listed real estate investment trust "Chufu Industry Trust". Mr Li Hanying.

Mr. Li Hanying is the CEO of Hongkong World Expo Network Consultant Co., Ltd.. He is the Asia-Pacific President of Rogge Gavin Company in Canada. He used to be the president of network service department of Digido Computer Equipment (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and previously worked for Cable & Wireless (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Telecom. He is a chartered engineer and a member of the British Institute of Engineering and Technology, the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and the Hong Kong Computer Society. He was also awarded a master's degree in information systems by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1992. In addition, he is the vice-chairman and member of the board of directors of the Saint Vincent International Association, a charity organization headquartered in Paris, France, and a member of the Herdsmen's Committee of the Catholic Diocese Hospital of Hong Kong. Mr. Li has been a director of the Group since June 1997. Mr. Li was also appointed as the chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Dr Chen Jianmin.

Dr Chen Jianmin is the director of the Center for Civil Society Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and an associate professor in the Department of Sociology. He received a bachelor's degree in social sciences from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1983 and a doctorate from Yale University in 1995. Dr. Chen has been a director of the Group since June 1997. Dr. Chen was also appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company.

Mr. Bai Dunliu

Mr. Bai Dunliu is a professional certified public accountant of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a certified public accountant of Australian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Bai holds a master's degree in business from the University of Technology Sydney. He has worked in many listed companies and private companies in Hong Kong and Australia, and has more than 28 years of experience in finance, accounting and management. Mr. Bai has been a director of the Group since September 2004. Mr. Bai was also appointed as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
