The following 14 acts of corruption and bribery are recognized in the Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of China * * * Production Party:

(5) Party and state functionaries or other personnel engaged in public affairs, taking advantage of their positions, seek illegitimate interests for the trustee through the actions of other party and state functionaries, ask for the trustee's property, or accept or accept the trustee's property in disguise;

(12) Party and state functionaries or persons entrusted with the management and operation of state-owned property, taking advantage of their positions, misappropriate public funds for personal use, engage in illegal activities, or engage in profit-making activities, which have not been repaid for more than three months; Misappropriation of party dues, social security funds and funds for disaster relief, emergency rescue, flood control, special care, poverty alleviation, immigration, relief and epidemic prevention; Misappropriation of public funds for personal use for less than three months, but the amount is relatively large;
