Improve the use of Medicaid funds for special care recipients, and give appropriate subsidies to individuals who bear too much medical expenses and cause difficulties in life. Full reimbursement of urban and rural residents "two participants" personnel, veterans returning home sick medical insurance costs. 48 person-times of medical subsidies for special care recipients were granted, with the amount of 1.35 million yuan, helping 33 special care recipients to purchase medical insurance for urban and rural residents.

3. Special assistance has been put in place. We will implement a special fund of 800,000 yuan for the care and assistance of retired soldiers in difficulty, and rely on the service centers (stations) of retired soldiers in districts, towns (streets) and villages (communities) to further verify the production and living conditions and the degree of difficulty of retired soldiers, and issue 270,000 yuan for the assistance of retired soldiers in difficulty.
