Why is it not recommended that the stock ratio of a stock-bond balanced fund exceed 50?
The original setting of the stock-bond ratio of 50% to 50% was wrong.
The purpose, or original intention, of balancing stocks and bonds is to reduce volatility as much as possible while seeking returns that match this volatility.
