Through the generous use of personal accounts by family members, the burden of family cash payment will be reduced, and a new security mechanism of "I am for my family and my family is for me" will be constructed.

In order to ensure the smooth convergence of policies and not affect personal rights and interests, the funds allocated in personal accounts before September 2022 1 can still be freely withdrawn.
