After returning to China, you should log on to the website of the National Scholarship Fund Committee to download and extract the deposit certificate form. First of all, we should fill in personal information on the cover and homepage.

After that, you need to mail the first copy of the certificate of the returned overseas students, the passport page stamped with the Chinese border entry and exit seal, the copy of the visa page on the passport, the original deposit receipt obtained by submitting the deposit before going abroad, and the copy of the ID card.

One column is the audit of the sending unit. If it is a student, the sending unit is the department of the university. You need to take the original passport to the teacher of the Academic Affairs Office for review and signature, and affix the official seal of the department. If you are a staff member of a public institution and the sending unit is a staff member in charge of training affairs in an enterprise, you should also take the original passport for review.

At present, many people's passports are electronic passports (beginning with e), so they may take the fast track when entering the country, so there will be no entry stamp for China on their passports. Those who examine deposits only recognize the entry stamp, and those who do not have the entry stamp cannot withdraw deposits. We have two methods. One is to take the artificial channel honestly and queue patiently when entering the country. The other is to go to the local exit-entry administration to check the entry-exit records after entering the country directly with an electronic passport.

Now it is free and convenient to check the entry and exit records. When we arrive, let the staff ask for an application form for entry-exit inquiry (be sure to fill in the time period to be inquired clearly). After filling it out, we will take the application form and a copy of ID card to the window, and the staff will return it to you with the official seal in one minute. Just stick this questionnaire together with the passport and visa page.

People from Beijing can go to Haidian Exit-Entry Administration. After all the documents are ready, we can mail them to the Fund Committee, and the mailing address is indicated on the deposit withdrawal form.
