Your description is a little inaccurate. I guess it should be a project of philosophy and social science planning under the Social Science Association. If so, it will generally be recognized as a municipal project.

If it is a provincial social science fund project (generally coordinated by the provincial propaganda department), this is generally a provincial project.

Each unit may have different certifications.
