Tian 'ai Charity was founded by Mr. Yi Baojun in 2005, aiming at helping poor left-behind children through charitable activities, donations, teaching and other forms. On 20 14, Tianai Charity established Tianai Charity Fund of Jilin Charity Federation with the support of Jilin Charity Federation, which is directly under Jilin Charity Federation.

On July 20 16, Tianai Public Welfare was officially renamed as Tianai Public Welfare Minors Protection Service Center, and became a public welfare unit directly managed by Changchun Civil Affairs Bureau.

In 20 17, Tian Ai Charity Association and China Children's and Teenagers' Fund jointly launched the "Dream Teenagers Plan" to help left-behind children build their homes, realize their dreams, carry out psychological education and provide them with education and help.
