Step 1: Online/Telephone Registration

1, YBC Youth Entrepreneurship China Website (www.ybc.org.cn), Youth League Committee Website www.bjyouth.gov.cn, and Beijing Youth Palace Website (www.bjqng.com.cn) Youth Talent Page, from which you can download the "business plan template" as a reference for filling out your personal business plan;

2. Send your personal business plan online to bjqnrc@yahoo.com.cn, the mailbox of Beijing Young Talents, and submit it to Beijing Office of Youth Business China.

Step 2: Conduct a preliminary examination (preliminary screening) of youth entrepreneurship projects through YBC Beijing Office.

Step 3: Entrepreneurial young individuals submit relevant materials.

The fourth step: through the analysis, joint evaluation, interview and field investigation (secondary screening) of the youth's business plan, business ability and business prospect by the project evaluation Committee of Beijing Office.

Step 5: Evaluation and approval by the National Project Evaluation Committee.

Step 6: After the project is approved, the entrepreneurial youth will sign relevant agreements; Funding Agreement (Sponsor and Grantee) Entrepreneurial Mentor Funding Agreement (Entrepreneurial Mentor and Entrepreneur) Supplementary Repayment Agreement.

Step 7: Entrepreneurial youth get the start-up capital of 30,000-50,000 yuan provided by YBC, and start to repay it within three months, and repay it in three years, before the 5th of each month.
