The information disclosure of funds listed and traded on stock exchanges shall comply with the business rules of stock exchanges such as the Listing Rules of Securities Investment Funds of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Shanghai Stock Exchange. In addition, the obligors of information disclosure related to exchange-traded funds shall abide by the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Exchange-traded Fund Business of Stock Exchanges, and the obligors of information disclosure related to LOF shall also abide by the LOF Business Rules and Guidelines of Stock Exchanges.
