Since 1984, many law courses have been offered for graduate students, undergraduates and junior college students, including basic theory of law, constitutional law, administrative law, administrative procedure law, state compensation law and comparative administrative law. Excellent teaching effect, won the first prize in the speech contest for young and middle-aged teachers of Zhengzhou University Law School, the first prize in the speech contest for young and middle-aged teachers of Zhengzhou University, and the title of outstanding young and middle-aged backbone teachers of Zhengzhou University.

He has participated in the writing of nearly 20 academic works, including Traffic Administrative Law 1 edited by the editorial department of the Law Textbook of the Ministry of Justice, personal monograph Research on Administrative Expropriation 1, General Theory of State Compensation Law and General Theory of Administrative Punishment Law. He has published more than 20 academic papers in more than a dozen core journals such as China Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law Research, People's Daily and Legal Daily.

He has undertaken a number of national and provincial scientific research projects, among which he presided over the National Social Science Fund project "Research on Administrative Compensation" 1 and participated in the china law society project "Research on the Legal Mechanism of Solving Contradictions among the People" 1. In 2002, he participated in the drafting of the revised draft of the State Compensation Law presided over by Professor Ying Songnian, and served as the convener of the Henan Group in three drafting groups. In 2003, he was entrusted by the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council to participate in drafting the Implementation Plan for Comprehensively Promoting Administration by Law in the State Council, and served as the main author.
