1999-2000 Engaged in postdoctoral research at Yonsei University and Korea Atomic Surface Science Research Center. In May 2000, he was transferred to Shanghai Jiaotong University, and in August 2002, he was promoted as a researcher. From 20061October 5438 to 20021October 65438, I was engaged in the research on STM-induced luminescence of organic molecules in the Nanomaterials and Devices Laboratory of Japan National Institute of Materials Science. From March 2003 to July 2004, I worked in the Physics Department of the University of California, Riverside, USA, studying the self-assembly and molecular storage characteristics of organic molecules.
He has undertaken and participated in more than ten projects, such as the National Science and Technology Research Project, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Shanghai Science and Technology Development Fund, and the Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Star Program. He has published more than forty papers in domestic and international core journals such as J.AM.Chem.SOC.M, APPL.Phys.Lett, Phys.Rev.B, J.APPL.Phys and Nanotechnology.
Main research directions:
Molecular beam epitaxy growth and properties of 1. functional films and nanostructures;
2. Ultra-high vacuum scanning probe microscope.
