2. Age 18 years old and above, with no upper limit;

3. Bachelor degree or above in institutions of higher learning, or equivalent degree recognized by the examination department;

4. More than 2 years working experience in securities, funds, insurance, banking, trust and other financial related fields;

5. Full capacity for civil conduct;

6. At present, there is no record of administrative punishment or criminal punishment by the financial supervision department for fraud, illegal crimes and other acts;

7. Passed the qualification examination for fund practice held by China Fund Industry Association.
