12333 working hours of manual service
At present, the service scope of hotlines 1 and 12333 is policy and business consultation and complaint reporting related to urban labor security work.
2. According to the national regulations, the hotline 12333 only charges local telephone charges, and does not charge any information charges (mobile phones are charged according to the current standards).
3. The manual service hours of the hotline 12333 are from 8: 30am to afternoon 12, and from afternoon13: 30pm to afternoon 17 from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), and the automatic voice service is available 24 hours a day.
