There are six types of talents that can be introduced.

Founders, partners or senior managers of high-tech industries in this city who have invested more than RMB 50 million within three years and have invested more than RMB 50 million within three years must have served for more than three years.

3. Intellectual property rights: Three independent inventions or six inventors as second author.

4. Income: If you undertake important work in the city's high-tech enterprises, innovative headquarters enterprises, new R&D institutions and other scientific and technological innovation entities, and your annual income in the past three years exceeds 6 times the average salary of the city's employees in the previous year, you are eligible.

Undertake important work in the city's intellectual property service agencies, financial institutions, human resources service agencies, law firms, accounting firms, audit firms and other scientific and technological innovation service entities. In the past three years, the annual income has exceeded the city's employees in the previous year.

15 times the average salary.

The personnel who enter the city's Youth Talent Innovation Practice Base will be hired by the unit that establishes the station after leaving the station.

5. Educational qualifications: Master's degree or above recognized by the provincial and municipal social security bureaus and professional title review committees.

6. Professional and technical category: Teachers must have taught in high-quality primary and secondary schools at the provincial or municipal level for more than 10 years and have senior professional titles; medical and health personnel with more than 10 years of medical experience in tertiary hospitals and have senior professional titles.

This city urgently needs other education and medical and health talents with corresponding levels, as well as professional talents required by other types of public institutions.

Higher education talents and scientific research talents who have worked in a national "double first-class" university (or discipline) or a national key laboratory for more than 5 years and have senior professional titles.

The age limit is no more than 45 years old, and the age limit can be relaxed to 50 years old unless you have made special contributions.

In addition, in order to increase the intensity of talent introduction, Beijing's licensed talents can settle in the collective household registration of the unit if they do not have a house. If the following conditions are met, talent introduction can be expedited: (1) Chinese experts selected for the "Haiju Project"; (2) Selected candidates for the "Ten Thousand People Plan", "High-tech Innovation Plan", and Zhongguancun "Gaoju Project"

Conditions for talent introduction and settlement in Beijing: 1. Talents to be introduced should have no criminal record and should generally have worked for the employing unit for 2 years when proposed for introduction.

2. In principle, the age limit at the time of introduction should not exceed 45 years old. For those introduced into the "Three Cities and One District", the age limit can be relaxed to 50 years old. For those with particularly outstanding personal abilities, performance and contributions, the age limit can be further relaxed.
