Similar to the subscription steps, redemption means selling the fund. Except for newly issued funds in the closed period, you can redeem the funds you have purchased at any time. The money will be credited three days after the redemption is successful.

There is a fee required when redeeming a fund. Generally speaking, it is a redemption fee. However, if you choose back-end payment when subscribing, you will also have to pay a back-end subscription fee. This fee is directly deducted from your fund value.

For stock funds, the redemption fee is gradually reduced until zero based on the length of holding period.

If held for more than one year and less than two years, the redemption fee will be reduced from 0.5% to 0.25%. If held for more than 2 years, the redemption fee will be zero.

To put it simply, bring your ID card and bank card to the counter of a bank branch to handle the redemption procedures for the fund; or open online banking and redeem the fund online by yourself.
