Among the publicly-sponsored graduate students who have returned to China in advance with the approval of the China Scholarship Council, for those whose selecting unit can resume their domestic studies (registration) in accordance with the school (registration) management regulations, the recommending unit shall handle the resumption procedures in accordance with regulations; those who are in service shall return to their original personnel relations unit;

Fresh graduates can seek self-employment based on their existing academic qualifications.
