China High-Tech Project Research Center was formerly affiliated to the National Bureau of Statistics.

It is a community organization jointly established by a group of experts and scholars who were streamlined and separated from government agencies and scientific research institutes after the separation of government and enterprises due to the national institutional reform.

This center is the consulting service department of the China High-tech Project Research Center. It independently carries out business entrusted and authorized by the China High-tech Project Research Center and independently assumes legal obligations and civil liabilities. It was registered with the Fengtai District Industrial and Commercial Bureau in 2002.

It currently has 36 employees, including two doctoral candidates, four master's degree candidates, 17 undergraduates, and 13 with college degrees.

Before and after the registration of the center, relying on the strong expert lineup and strength of the China High-tech Project Research Center, it guides and promotes extensive cooperation and exchanges among enterprises, organizes experts to conduct various special studies, and holds various conferences, forums, seminars, and corporate annual conferences all year round.
