A natural person aged from 16 to 18 is considered to have full capacity for civil conduct if he can earn a living through his own labor income.

Candidates who apply for the qualification examination for the Fund must be at least 18 years old. Specifically, the date of birth on the candidate's ID card needs to be before the registration date, and the age is 18 years old.
Educational requirements
