A fund company can handle specific asset management business for a single customer (the initial assets entrusted by the customer shall not be less than RMB 30 million) or for a specific customer (the number of customers shall not exceed 200, and the total initial assets entrusted by the customer shall not be less than RMB 30 million).

3. Investment consulting services.

Fund management companies providing investment consulting services to specific targets shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of fund share holders and other clients, promise investment returns, agree to share investment returns or investment losses with investment consulting clients, solicit investment consulting clients through public means such as advertisements, or engage in securities investment on behalf of investment consulting clients.
