Mr. Zhang Jinxin: China nationality: without permanent residency abroad, male, born in June of 197 1, with a doctorate degree. He is currently an executive director of Chengtong Fund Management Co., Ltd. and an independent director of Zonghe Technology, tongjitang and Jinbo Bio. He used to be the deputy director of the Accounting Department of School of Economics and Management of Beijing Jiaotong University, the executive director of China Enterprise Merger and Reorganization Research Center, the secretary-general of M&A Research Association of China Management Modernization Research Association, and the supervisor of Beijing Suishi Media Technology Co., Ltd., and also worked in First Venture Securities and Lenovo Group.
