On the afternoon of June165438+1October 12, the district education foundation held the 20 15 Huadu district poverty alleviation work arrangement meeting, and relevant persons in charge of poverty alleviation projects in schools directly under the education guidance centers and bureaus attended the meeting.

In order to implement the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and ensure that students from poor families in our district can successfully complete their studies in the same year, in 20 15, according to the survey of the number of poor students in previous schools and the budget of the special fund for poverty alleviation of the district education foundation in 20 15, the poverty alleviation project of the district foundation plans to fund basic education in our district.

On the basis of the district government's assistance to rural primary school students, rural junior high school students, senior high school students and secondary vocational school students from low-income families, the district foundation takes out a part of the poor students' funds as a supplement every year to be used for students who do not have a minimum living allowance but whose family economy is really difficult (with the proof of family economic income issued by their parents' work units, village committees or neighborhood committees). According to statistics, from 20 1 1 to 20 14, the district education foundation * * invested 3,303,900 yuan in special funds to help poor students, and helped 4,227 students from low-income families and poor families in our district.
