Ningbo Guangji Central Primary School, founded in 1964, is the first window school in Ningbo and has received dozens of foreign guests from friendly delegations from Europe, America, Asia, Hong Kong and Macao. The art class was founded in 1984, and then the "Red Scarf Art School" was established, with one team and two brands. Teaching with artistic characteristics is quite influential in this city. 1994 was donated by Ms. Kong Aiju from Hong Kong. The Red Scarf Art School was separated from Guangji Central Primary School and renamed as Ai Ju Art School. 1999 was put forward by Mr. Chen Shaohua, a Chinese American, and the FNT Foundation and the municipal and district governments jointly funded the reform. After the expansion, the original site of the new school was completed, with Zheying Painting and Calligraphy School attached. With the development of education situation, in 2002, the school set up an experimental campus in Century Garden, which was managed by Guangji Central Primary School in a unified way, but was relatively independent, as an experimental place for school education reform.
