/kloc-participated in the establishment, preparation and operation management of the national science and technology development project "National Rubber and Plastic Mould Engineering Research Center" since 0/993. From 1995 to 1996, he served as the world bank loan office of China science and technology development project, and 1997 served as the deputy director of the project construction office of the National Rubber & Plastic Mould Engineering Center, making positive contributions to the construction and operation of the center. Visiting scholar who did cooperative research at McMaster University in Canada from 2004 to 2006. In 2009, "May Day" won the honorary title of "Henan Model Worker".
In recent years, as a technical backbone or major member, he has participated in and completed many national and provincial scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, the National High-tech Research and Development Plan (863) project, the ninth five-year plan national scientific and technological key projects, the Shenzhou VII astronaut's extravehicular window project of the General Armament Department, and major scientific and technological key projects in Henan Province. He has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award (two awards), the first prize of Henan Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of State Petrochemical Bureau (former Ministry of Chemical Industry). He has won many honorary titles such as "Top Ten Female Teachers", advanced individual in science and technology, and outstanding teacher of Zhengzhou University. At present, as the moderator, he undertakes the sub-projects of the National Science and Technology Support Plan and the National Natural Science Foundation.
