Liu Hongwei, 1983, graduated from the Department of Mathematical Mechanics of Sun Yat-sen University with a Bachelor of Science; 1993, 1999 graduated from the department of automatic control engineering of south China university of technology with master's degree and doctor's degree respectively. Vice President of School of Management, Guangdong University of Technology, Vice Chairman of Guangdong Society of Systems Engineering, member of Enterprise Informatization Expert Group of Information Industry Department of Guangdong Provincial People's Government, and scientific and technological consultant of Panyu District People's Government of Guangzhou. Research topics include intelligent information processing, Internet-based supply chain management system, data mining technology and customer relationship management, mobile commerce, stability and stability of stochastic large-scale systems, etc. In recent years, he has published more than 20 papers in authoritative academic journals and various academic conferences at home and abroad, many of which were included by SCI, EI and ISTP, and participated in the compilation of 2 academic works. He has presided over and participated in many national natural science foundation projects, Guangdong natural science foundation projects and departmental scientific research projects, and has presided over and participated in more than 10 government and enterprise information system projects since 2000. From 2000 to 20001,he was hired as a senior researcher by the Department of Information Systems of City University of Hong Kong, and cooperated with the Department of Information Systems of City University of Hong Kong, the Department of Economics of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the Department of Computer Science in the fields of information systems and e-commerce. The stability, stability and variable structure control of the stochastic system of the project won the second prize of Guangdong Higher Education Department Natural Science Award (2000. 1) and the second prize of China University Science and Technology Award (February 2003).
