Investors buying and selling closed-end funds must open a Shenzhen-Shanghai securities account or a Shenzhen-Shanghai fund account and a capital account. The fund account can only be used for subscription and trading of funds, treasury bonds and other bonds. When an individual investor opens a fund account, he/she needs to hold his/her ID card to go through the account opening formalities at the securities registration institution. To handle a capital account, you need to hold your ID card and the securities account card or capital account card that you have already handled, and go to the securities business institution to handle it. Only one fund account can be opened for each valid certificate. If a securities account has been opened, a fund account cannot be opened repeatedly.
