Buying a fund can be analyzed from the net value of the fund, the past performance of the fund manager, the location of the fund target, the industry sector of the fund investment, the maximum withdrawal amount of the fund, the standard deviation and the Sharp ratio.
Net fund value: the higher the net value may indicate that the subject matter has risen to a high level, so the probability of falling in the market outlook is high. The lower the net value may indicate that the popularity is not good and the level of fund managers is not high, so the higher the net value, the better, not the lower the better;
Past performance of fund managers: it is an important reference index that can reflect the management level of fund managers. If the fund manager's past performance is lower than the Shanghai and Shenzhen 300 index all the year round, it may indicate that the management ability is limited;
Industry sector: check whether the industries and sectors currently invested by the fund are supported or suppressed by national policies;
Maximum retracement: the data difference between the highest point of performance and the relative lowest point. The smaller the retracement value, the better the risk control ability;
Sharp ratio and standard deviation: the greater the sharp ratio, the better, and the smaller the standard deviation, the better.
