What do you mean by adding an account?
Adding a new account means having a single customer and multiple banks. Under the single customer and multi-bank service system, a customer number can be associated with multiple fund accounts, and a fund account establishes a three-party depository relationship and corresponds to a bank card. You can open up to five fund accounts, and there is only one main fund account. For details, please consult the account opening department whether it can handle single-account multi-line business.

Fund account number is an account opened by various brokers for investors; Shareholders' accounts of Shanghai A shares and Shenzhen A shares were opened for investors by Shanghai Branch and Shenzhen Branch of China Depository and Clearing Corporation respectively.

The fund account number is only the fund settlement of investors' securities trading, and records the currency, balance and changes of funds. The fund account is only valid at the brokerage company that opened the account; The shareholder account of CSI A is used to record the name and quantity of the A-share listed company under the investor's name.

1. Adding an account (also called adding an online banking account) refers to adding multiple cards from the same bank to a bank card with online banking function, so that the added bank card also has online banking function. (Because the banking system only recognizes that one ID card can only open one online banking account, other bank cards can only be added under the opened online banking).

2. According to the users of securities accounts, Shanghai securities accounts and Shenzhen securities accounts are divided into RMB ordinary stock accounts (A-share accounts for short), RMB special stock accounts (B-share accounts for short), securities investment fund accounts (fund accounts for short) and other accounts.

3.a-share accounts are only opened by domestic investors who are allowed to buy and sell A-shares by national laws, regulations and administrative rules. A-share accounts are divided into natural person securities accounts, general institutional securities accounts, securities companies, fund management companies and other institutional securities accounts according to their holders. B-share accounts are divided into domestic individual investor securities accounts and overseas investor securities accounts according to the holders.

4. A natural person or legal person can open different types and uses of securities accounts. The same entity can open multiple securities accounts. Under normal circumstances, the first account opening network advises investors to open Shanghai A-share accounts and Shenzhen A-share accounts; Investors holding Hong Kong dollar investment securities shall open a Shenzhen B-share account; Investors holding US dollar investment securities shall open a Shanghai B-share account; For investors who have already opened A-share accounts, CSI has allowed them to invest in funds without opening a fund account.
