(1) Basic old-age insurance. At present, China implements the method that the state, enterprises and individuals share the cost of old-age insurance, and establishes social pooling and individual account funds. The basic old-age insurance can reflect the appropriate incentives for retired workers who implement family planning. Some local family planning regulations stipulate that retired workers who implement family planning will receive an additional 5% pension; In some places, one-time family planning incentive pensions are given to those who practice family planning.
(2) Basic medical insurance. According to the relevant regulations, the basic medical insurance should include the treatment cost of complications of family planning operation for urban workers in the scope of payment of the basic medical insurance fund; In areas where maternity insurance has not been carried out, the cost of family planning surgery for urban workers should be included in the scope of payment of the basic medical insurance fund to ensure the basic medical and safety needs of urban workers in implementing family planning surgery.
(3) Maternity insurance. Maternity insurance generally refers to the social insurance system that the state or society gives necessary economic compensation and medical care to workers who have given birth or birth control. 1994 The Trial Measures for Maternity Insurance for Enterprise Employees formulated by the former Ministry of Labor established that maternity insurance should be organized and implemented according to the principle of territoriality.
(4) Social welfare system. It is to provide some daily necessities, services or cash subsidies through fee exemption (reduction), to ensure the survival needs of individuals and the whole society, to improve people's lives and to improve the development of individuals and society. In order to encourage citizens to practice family planning, the state provides free family planning technical services for basic projects, and grants incentive fees to parents of only children. Many other family planning incentive projects are part of social welfare.
(5) Commercial insurance. This law states that the state encourages insurance companies to organize insurance programs that are beneficial to family planning. Such as old-age insurance, one-child old-age security, family planning surgery safety insurance and other types of insurance that are conducive to family planning.
(6) Rural endowment insurance. This law stipulates the basic principles and ideas of rural endowment insurance. In particular, it is emphasized that to carry out rural old-age insurance, first, adhere to the principle of government guidance and farmers' voluntary participation, and farmers shall not be forced to participate in old-age insurance; Second, adhere to various forms of principles and encourage farmers to participate in commercial insurance, pension savings, "green insurance" and so on; Third, to adhere to the principle of conditions, we must proceed from the local reality and not engage in "one size fits all"
