Medical insurance reimbursement must exclude the third-party responsible person, that is, if there are other responsible persons, medical insurance will not be guaranteed. For example, you can reimburse yourself for riding a bike and hurting others, but you can't reimburse yourself for riding a bike and hurting others. The key is to look at the cause of your injury and whether there is a third party responsible.
