Applications from unemployed persons, self-employed persons, and persons studying or working abroad will not be accepted for the time being.

Those who have received funding from the National Study Abroad Fund to study abroad must generally work for five years after returning to China before they can apply for funding from the National Study Abroad Fund again.

(3) Have considerable academic level and business ability.

(4) Physical and mental health (must be accompanied by a physical examination certificate issued by a hospital at or above the municipal level).

3. The foreign language ability of college students and graduate students studying abroad must reach a level that allows them to attend lectures.

4. Physical condition The health condition of all types of public-sponsored students studying abroad must meet the standards required for studying abroad. They must be examined by provincial and municipal first-level hospitals and obtain a health certificate (the certificate is valid for one year).

5. Political conditions: Love the motherland and socialism, have good ideological and moral character, perform outstandingly in practical work and study, and actively serve the socialist modernization drive.

6. Business conditions College students going abroad should be high school graduates with excellent academic performance.
