1. If it is found for the first time that the internal management system for the use of medical insurance funds has not been established, the designated medical institutions shall be ordered to make rectification within a time limit and suspend the settlement business of medical insurance funds, and the settlement business can be resumed only after the internal management system for the use of medical insurance funds is improved.

2. For the designated medical institutions that have not established the internal management system for the use of medical insurance funds for two consecutive times, the medical insurance department shall suspend their qualifications for designated medical insurance, conduct evaluation and rectification, and re-examine and record after the expiration of the rectification period.
