The current/to-be-appointed senior managers of Public Offering of Fund manager and private equity fund manager include legal representative/executive partner (to-be-appointed representative), chairman, general manager, deputy general manager, person in charge of institutional compliance/risk control/inspector general, etc. Fund custodian, manager of public offering business of fund sales organization, etc. ;

Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
